The ArithOut Project will target all stakeholders of the educational system through physical interactions, media interactions and fundraising events to raise approximately GH¢10,000 build a Resource Centre for Ashaiman.
The Resource Centre will target the about 4000 Junior High School students in the Ashaiman Community. This project will be extended to all the 220,000 Junior High School students in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana by 2026 and consequently, the more than 1 million Junior High School students across the country by 2036.
Princess Allotey, the Chief Executive of Kids and Math, said: “Math is not difficult. Math is rather challenging. When one goes through challenges in life, he or she comes out stronger and more experienced. We want all stakeholders to realise that Math is important, and is being used in our daily lives- hence, its versatility. The ArithOut Project will help us achieve this vision.”
